Griselda Elena Pena-Uncommon Cut II Oak and encaustic 2008 born and lived in Ferth, Germany until seven years old. The daughter of a military family, she moved often. Griselda lived in Georgia before finally moving to Texas where she lived for most of her youth. She attended undergraduate school at Texas State University receving her BFA in Studio Arts. After a break from school she moved to New York state to pursue her MFA at The State University of New York at New Paltz.
