A former school teacher turned cheese maker, Siobhan is the former Chairperson of CAIS, a member of Slow Food Ireland, a Failte Ireland Ambassador and a member of the Taste Council. Siobhan and her team produces a range of goats cheese from a herd of Saanen, Toggenburg and British Alpine goats which are reared on 65 acres of unspoiled pasturelands.
