There is nothing like a Craftsman home. As much as I love this one, I would make a main-floor master bedroom/bath, add a powder room on the main level and a full bath on the second level. (*note to self: thinking in terms of the layout of the first Leland home we lived in ~ I so loved that house)

No upper kitchen cab for more windows, storage in island. Change doors of covered porch steel to bifold doors stretching almost the whole wall. Change downstairs full bath to half and face towards Family Room. Move laundry downstairs while eliminating the study above the garage and stairs. Remove the second closet next to M bathroom to expand bathroom into the space occupied by laundry to create a walk-in shower with no glass or expand upstairs for extra bathroom.
