Isn't it interesting then than I heard Professor O' Keane say that Dr Pat Bracken was unscientific when he dared to question the biomedical model on your programme. Yes, " doctors differ and patients die."

MindFreedom Ireland is a voluntarily run organisation that explores and promotes alternatives to the mainstream psychiatric model (sometimes called the 'medical model') of 'mental health' care. We also campaign to abolish the power of psychiatry within the present 'mental health' system, a system that denies human rights in the name of 'care'.

~ The Dr. Peter Breggin Hour – 05/15/13 ~ "My guest Michael Cornwall PhD explores how to help people labeled schizophrenic with empathy and without resort to drugs. Michael has vast personal experience and profound understanding. A “must listen to” show for anyone concerned about madness, its nature, and its healing." Listen to 2 loving, intelligent professionals...beautiful conversation.

A doctor friend said to me once, “John, politics is a dirty pool, and medical politics is the mud at the bottom of the pool.”
