This vegan Irish breakfast hit the spot! It offered a welcomed change from the traditional Irish breakfast that is typically heavy on meat and eggs. The sesame-coated veggie sausages were fantastic! Cornucopia has been up and running in central Dublin since 1986 and offers an entirely vegetarian (and mostly vegan) menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We enjoyed multiple meals at Cornucopia during our time in Dublin.
