A combination of place based visual preference surveys with participatory budgeting will assist designers, engineers and decision makers. Engineers can use CB to manage multiple projects and multiple phases of project all in one place.
Residents identified sustainability best practices and worked in teams to identify appropriate locations for strategic interventions in their city/neighborhood. Ideas were organized into categories consustent with the new climate action plan. Estimated GHG reductions from each strategy were discussed and reviewed by a national expert live from a remote location. Participatory voting was used to prioritize actions.
