We were originally fairly sure this photo was taken on Monday, 10 July 1922, but wanted to know a lot more about it than we did. If correctly dated, this would have been taken 5 days after Oscar Traynor's anti-Treaty fighters had been defeated around O'Connell Street in Dublin, and 17 days before he was arrested and imprisoned in Gormanston Camp...
