Ive never really liked meditating but recently Ive been enjoying the loving kindness meditation in my @oakmeditation app. Loving kindness or metta meditation is one of the most popular meditation techniques around. Those who practice loving-kindness meditation regularly are able to increase their capacity for forgiveness connection to others self-acceptance and more. The basic point of the loving kindness meditation is to focus benevolent and loving energy toward oneself and toward others.
