The client came to us with a small site at the bottom of his garden, wishing to build a house. The solution was a house on three levels with a garden as well as parking for 2 cars. Predominantly a timber framed house with some timber cladding, render and a membrane copper-effect roof. Like all our built projects, we were involved all the way through the project including tendering and site supervision.

This is the interior of a new house located in a mews lane in Dun Laoghaire. Designed as a multi-level dwelling, the stairs is a prominent feature both practically and visually. Yet, despite the uniqueness of the design, this was not an expensive house to build. (When I was at Paul O'Toole Architects).
All of our designs are illustrated to clients in full and in colour. There is no end to how many views we can take of proposed designs and we can even show you a walk-through of your future space.
This a 3-storey house, situated on a left-over site to the side of an existing house in a council estate. Low carbon design with high levels of insulation and an air-to-water heat pump heating system. The design is intended to fit-in with its neighbours whilst having a distinct personality of its own.
