30 Day Abs Challenge Fitness Workout - 30 Day Fitness Challenges/ NOT for me. I don't need a 30 day Fitness Workout when I work out daily.

Attached to this is the squat challenge I've been doing for almost 3 weeks now... Once the 30 days is up, I plan to add this crunch challenge and start the squats all over again! :)
