This picture was chosen because it reminded me of how under-privileged and unequal the social system used to be concerning the voting rights towards women when we studied for it in class. It can be tied back to the movie we had see, The Iron-Jawed Angels, depicting the struggle of attaining voting rights for women. I choose this pin because I liked how they showed the power women have and should deserve knowing we are the mother of every person.
