For decades, too many elected officials (and others) have overlooked persons of color and questioned our contributions to American society. But we aren’t visitors here, and we don't deserve to be told to "go back to your country." We’re already home. We are doctors, lawyers, activists, educators, mothers, nurses, engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, changemakers and more. We ARE what American society is made of and this IS what America looks like.
