1. Start by laying on floor with one knee bent and heel on physioball while other leg is extended straight and pointing upwards 2. In a slow and controlled motion, begin extending the leg that is on the physioball until it is straight and ball is further away from body 3. Once you have extended leg all the way, lower other leg so both heels are on the physioball and use your hamstrings to bring physioball back in towards body for more info, please refer to link
