Yellow Cottage Playhouse ~ Yep, this is a playhouse, not a real house. BUT, wouldn't it make the most delicious little bungalow for the grownups, with some upsizing and modernizing a bit inside, say with a real kitchen and snazzy bathroom?

The vast majority of tiny houses have the same basic layout. They are similar in size and shape to a large motorhome (not a coincidence, considering motorhomes were the original tiny homes). There is one large downstairs living space, and then one or two small lofts above for sleeping, usually with very low ceilings.

A second story addition to your home can add value and style, without stealing any lawn space. Whether you want to add a master suite, a media center, a cozy seating area, or anything else, another story may be the perfect solution. These houses are incredibly beautiful, and the additions make them look even more impressive.
