"This vintage 1930's-1940's era tin lithograph mechanical tin merry-go-round toy. The carousel is made in the USA by the Wolverine Supply & Mfg. Company in Pittsburg, PA. One flag is missing. An amusing little set of collectible tin toys; great colors and lithograph designs. The racehorse and jockey and the green-striped clown can be picked up and controlled by the large magnet (a little more difficult with the mini magnet). There's a USAF friction tin plane and a hopping frog with a bottom spring. The tin top has been expertly repaired with a piece of wood bamboo and does a smooth and mesmerizing spin.
