Wholemeal Tin Yeast Bread
A true sourdough starter uses naturally occurring yeast to ferment. Dried yeast is a bit of a cheat, but more comfortable. Try experimenting with different combinations of your own favourite flours for example spelt or buckwheat. Yum
100% Rye Bread with Potatoes
Bread with a slightly sour flavour and dark colour. This bread very long retains freshness. It is because of potatoes. I would recommend adding sunflower seeds or a pinch of caraway seeds to the dough. It's my favourite rye bread. Yum
100% Rye Sourdough Bread
One of the best bread I've recently baked. And very easy to prepare. But the most important thing is that it is 100% rye and it grows very quickly (approx. 2-3 hours). The ingredients need only stir with a spoon. The taste is slightly different from that of classic brown sourdough bread - is more sour and less sweet. Yum
