Irish Banknotes (Consolidated Banks)

Irish banknotes for collectors - the Ploughman series was issued by 8 different banks within a single design template. The only difference, from a design viewpoint, was the name of each bank. All £20, £50 and £100 banknotes have been withdrawn and accounted for by the Irish Central Bank, although there is a rumour that one £20 note is in private hands. The only examples of the £20, £50 and £100 that exist today are overprinted "specimen".
