and just STAY started! Getting started is the hardest part of losing weight, so just focus on being consitent with ONE thing.gradually adding one more when you feel ready! NO need to overwhelm yourself w/ too much change to soon!
I would like to get my thighs back in shape. When I was younger and "in shape" I was embarassed because my thighs were large. Hell, they were strong! Now it's all fat. But large, strong thighs are a great reminder of strength and power and courage.
