I watched "The Price is Right" every time I stayed home sick from school. I LOVED AND ADORED Bob Barker. And Bob made a popular comeback in college when we would all gather in the common area to watch TPIR just before the doors opened for lunch.

So true! Kids need to spend time "outside" playing with friends, that was an awesome part of my childhood. We were allowed to play until sunset and we did.

When I was a kid, I dreamed of being a contestant on this show ... and subsequently, may or may not have played this game at Walmart with friends during college.
