Fieldfares, one of my favourite winter visitors.

Chuck-wills-widow - Heard the beautiful song of this bird in the night! It was a wonderful loud song...very close to our house! This site has a recording of that song as well as a lot of information about this local bird. The song is kind of like a Whippoorwill...I should have figured this out sooner...
