A male Parrot Crossbill (Loxia pytyopsittacus) (Loxia pytyopsittacus). It is primarily found in the pine forests of Scotland and Scandinavia. It is endemic to Europe and similar to the Scottish Crossbill.
Goldcrest (Regulus regulus) - a very small passerine bird in the kinglet family. Its colourful golden crest feathers gives rise to its English and scientific names, and possibly to it being called the "king of the birds" in European folklore.
