I once had Cauliflower added to plain mashed potatoes and it was a lovely mix of flavour. Will have to give this recipe a try. Garlic Mashed Cauliflower- Only 49 calories and 3 carbs per creamy cup serving! Delicious alternative to mashed potatoes!
