Beginner's Running Plan - This plan pretty much details what I advise people who just or want to start running to do. Do short intervals or walking and running or jogging.

I am posting this because when you go to bootcamp at VIP you do like over 100 any given day... worst exercise ever though for sure!

I'm doing these challenge now but you can do also the 1 to 100 burpee challenge. Each day do one more burpee that the day before . I lost 8 pounds doing that. Example : day 1 burpee, day 2 burpee until you finish in day 100 : 100 burpees.
