Stephen's Green, Dublin

This corner in Dublin is relatively unchanged, I think. Wish it were possible to make out some of the business names along the left side, but they're just too unclear. Fascinating to see so many women using umbrellas/sun shades... Gas Lamp no. 313 London and Lancashire Fire and Life in Dublin - Aviva - Wikipedia Dublin Street, Dublin City, Old Pictures, Old Photos, Vintage Photos, Dublin House, Trinity College Dublin, Oriental, Grafton Street

Gas Lamp no. 313

Couldn't resist the clarity of this one - so sharp that you can see the number on the gas lamp. Plus it's great to see the original position of our beautiful "bollards". And a clear run of businesses along D'Olier Street, including our first ever Hosier/Glover, I think (with a very weird sign)... Date: 1871 (thanks to a concerted effort from all commenters and Niall McAuley) NLI Ref.: L_CAB_01233
