-HARD STROKE SET- Warmup: 400 swim, 300 IM, 200 kick Main set: 6x150, 6x75, (50EZ), 9x100 (2 fly,2 back, 2 breast, 3 free), 9x50 (3xchoice w/fins, 3xchoice swim, 3x choice kick), (100EZ), 12x50 (equipment choice- kick, pad/pull,etc), 12x25 (alternate- 6 blast, 6 EZ) Cool down- 200 EZ (focus on turns), 3 mid start 50s (flipturns on both walls, starting in middle of pool) Triathalon
