Gray designed her famous Pirogue daybed for the Rue de Lota apartment between 1920 and 1924. The lacquered daybed was inspired by Polynesian dugout canoes. Nickel plated brass structure Mirror, sanded glass cover for two lamp bulbs. The magnifying mirror is maintained by two locking handles. The central arm rotates 360 degrees and pivots.
